Bobcat Company is using GPS to find Welders for their Litchfield and Bismarck factory locations. Students that have a passion to learn, have experience welding or enjoy working in shop environments, love working with their hands, are willing to learn welding the “Bobcat Way” (hot and fast), and see welding not just as a job but more of an art and a display of their skills should learn more. Bobcat is willing to train students who have the right attitude and are up for the challenge, even if they don’t have a deep background in welding.
